acer aspire 4710 help Booting problem

unable to start up, so i need to reprogram this laptop the problem is it cant detect my installer, i tried to boot from flash drive but it shows disk error.

i have no external, is there other technique for this problem?

Check first the hard disk drive if ok, then reformat it to the other computer, but first delete or save all the files, once it ready you can reformat. Let say you have windows installed already, put it back where its belongs, then update it.

i didnt check the flex near cdrom its unconnected . .i wash the ram and hard disk with automotive thinner, then i surprised its already accessible . ..
