Re-curbing the amp , all caps seem visually ok, amp hits distortion at vol level 3, any input. Using aiwa 6 ohm speakers . Any ideas... -

i read everything on badcaps about issues of this board...
replaced eeprom, reflashed bios and EC...
removed the GPU with the uma conversion instructions (already used on other acers like this one)
all voltages are present.. 3.3V 5V 1.7V 1.1V 19V etc ...
when poweringon the board the blue led lights up, and there is a 100ma comsumption
looking with the DSO the eeprom seems that there is some sort of communication
the battery is charging
