    Dell 3521 (la-9104p) NO POWER I need some help.
    Dell 3521 (la-9104p) NO POWER ON, 19V GOOD,
    3.3V&5v NOT GENERATE, PQ206 REMOVED 3.3V&5V OK BUT NO POWER ON.
    HOW TO FIX THIS ERROR.
