Hello, I have a Vizio E320-A0 and the back lights are flashing (like a strobe light). Need to know which board controls the back lights. Could it be bad back lights if all of them are flashing? Any ideas on this would be helpful.... I have replaced all three boards (but they were used) and then switched each back but have the same issue...
