I can see that you are a busy man but if you have a spare minute could you please give me some advice re my lg50pa6500 set?

It has no picture or sound but the standby light is on and the logic board has a green flashing light. It does not respond to the remote or control buttons on the set. I am trying to diagnose whether the psu board is at fault and have been testing the outputs from the psu board to the main board. Below are the results. Could you let me know if they seem correct to you. I have put them in the sequence they appear on the guide next to the plug on the psu.
