Hey I got a 5 year old Samsung TV that didn't turn on or anything so I checked the capacitors and two of them where blown. I changed them out adding a 16v instead of a 10v. The thing turns on now but after a second of being on it static and blinks out? Any suggestions as to why its still not working?
