Oddly enough, the official datasheet for the Barracuda ATA IV states 544g for all models. And the 120GXP datasheet I have says 640g for all models. 
Drive manufacturers are often too lazy to weigh each model individually. Physically, Barracuda IV/V/7200.7 really aren't that different from each other, areal density aside.
Sadly, the main fan noise problem here isn't to do with the computer fans.
