Hi! The Block function is great for keeping your blood pressure down when reading through some of the stuff on this forum. 
First you click on "UserCP" at the left-hand end of the bar near the top of the page. Then turn your attention to the "Settings & Options" category about half way down the left-hand side of the page.
Next, click on "Edit Ignore List" at the bottom of that category. That opens up the Ignore List which should be pretty self-explanatory. You can copy and paste the names of people on the Badcaps site who are causing problems, and then you'll never have to see what they've written again.
