I have been trying to figure out how to remove the password from a Lenovo E580 thinkpad without success.

Could someone please help. I've attached my bios.

hi,
power button blinks 3 times and then stays ON when I connect the power adapter. The num lock/caps lock led flickers once and then OFF.
When I press the power button, the power button light turns ON but nothing else happens. No display, fan not turning, cpu/gpu doesn't heat up.
Tried flashing a few BIOS from the forum (not my cleaned BIOS dump) but no luck. No sure if my bios is corrupted. Which part of the board should I check?
