This laptop powers on but shows nothing on the internal display.
However, if I attach an external display it works fine.

Observations: When I shut down the laptop from windows,
the fan remains spinning until I close the lid. If I leave the lid open
the laptop will restart on it's own although I select shut down from windows.

I have a Lenovo Ideapad 5 15ITL05 laptop. It turns on with a video signal on the screen but without lighting. I tried a new screen but it gave the same problem.

This computer uses the GS55J GS55K NM-D211 REV 1.0 2020-08-14 motherboard but I can't find a schematic, it also uses a r156nwf7 touch screen and I can't find where to test to verify if I'm missing any signal or voltage....

Hello. I'm looking for schematic for Lenovo Ideapad 5 15itl05 motherboard Part No: 5B20Z55037. Had to fix hinges and display got half white with missing pixels. Replaced display and EDP touch cable and now no backlight. Can see and use screen touch with flashlight only. Read that it's fuse possibly. Will try to replace or maybe just change motherboard? Hello,

I'm trying to repair a Lenovo Flex 5 15ITL05 LC56-14T laptop.
The laptop had liquid spilled on it. After pcb repair, all voltages are present and the laptop starts. Caps lock and num lock are illuminated. Fan spins shortly, then stops and then starts again and goes from 0% to 100% and stays at 100%. Battery is charging, so the SIO is working fine. Display is black and does not post.

I'm guessing that the BIOS might be corrupted. This is a dump of it.
Can anyone please help me clean it? Or...

According to your Serial Number, your device should contains 2 Bios Chips (8MB +16MB).
I will attach a Virgin Bios from Lenovo, but you need to backup your Chips before program them.
Note: this Bios doesn't contain your DMI data....
