Hello guys, i have an original dump BIOS from one ThinkCentre E73 with almost 8Mb.
This file makes my machine FAN start loud and fast without POST and after 2Sec. turn's off, and do this in loop sequence everytime.

I try to flash the BIOS with website official file and the issue seems to go away now the machine turn's on with FAN always running fast and loud with no POST.

So i presume my original file only needs to be fixed to work well again.
I drop here my dump, could anyone take a look and fix it please ?

Make bios backup and upload here
Even its updated or not. with serial no and typle/model...

complete a restart, it just stays "on"

What model type is it,tower or SFF .Have you checked cpu compatibility

Thanks for your reply, yes i belive in you, the only thing i suspect at the beggining was the fact that i program the IC and everytime i use the 4MB the machine do another thing.

But always i use the 8MB original file or even the posts 2,5 and 8, machine keeps to looping without POST and FAN always at Max speed.

Did you suggest any test ?...

The bios update is only 4MB,there is no full 8MB bios to download from lenovo. The bios at posts 2,5 and 8 are all 8MB .One or all of those should have worked. Your problem is not with the bios .

What 4MB file are you using,the extracted bios from lenovo ? ,its only a bios update ,the bios is 8MB .Flash the 8MB bios back .What bios programmer are you using,have you verified the write

Hello once more, sorry for the delay, i was busy at another issues...
BUt i tested this dump too and no lucky... should this is a BIOS Problem ?
Or another issue on motherboard ?

I ask this because everytime i use 4MB Dump file the machine do another type of issue.
BUt when i use everytime the 8MB dump files... goes to the first stage.
Turn ON but no POST no image and looping this....

Hello, thanks for your upload and time, your dump not work.
Machine keeps the same issue.

The most strange is whenm i flash the IC with official ROM (4Mb)
Machine works without looping, but FAN spins fast and loud always and no POST....
