try this, don't forget to make a copy of the original bios before writing...always when you make a bios request post the original bios as well even if it is corrupted.....

Not a bad week so far.... got a HP minitower, 7th gen i5 w/ 16gb RAM and a 2tb spinner. Motherboard is bad, found a replacement for $40 shipped so I ordered it. I'll pull the spinner. The motherboard has a M.2 PCIe slot, which I'll use instead; I have a 512gb M.2 I harvested from a junk laptop not long ago, the drive is good.



Samsung 24" 16:9 1080 monitor....the flash made it look horrible, but its actually in very good shape.



Some Asus barebones system with a core2duo in it, 4gb RAM....working....

The county (a different department than I normally deal with) called this morning and said they have 3 'junk computers' for me. They are 3x HP Z230 SFF workstations, i5's 16gb RAM. HDD's missing, but caddies there. These are actually pretty cool little boxes, mfg'd 2015....they have 3x displayports; hence they can run 3 monitors. Not bad!

I solved my fan issue by pulling out the 4-Pin-Fan out from the original PSU.
If you want to do the same:
FANCMD is PWM, so
from PSU-Fan connect blue to white/red cable from P2 socket.
from PSU-Fan connect green to white from P2 socket.
from PSU-Fan connect black to black from new PSU
from PSU-Fan...
