Hello,
currently I'm tinkering with above mentioned broken device. It started with a shorted PD controller. I replaced it and have an open topic on this forum on reprogramming it.
Currently I'm powering it with a bench supply soldered to the battery connector (laptop battery is dead).
This way the device is booting into BIOS and Diagnose mode fine. But when I try to restore the factory image during diagnose the laptop always greets me with "no bootable device".

Looking at the bios the ssd is recognized (shown with type and size in some storage menu). But...

the laptop turns on and the keyboard lights up for 2-3 seconds, then turn off again,
I already tried 2 bios and flashed them but I am still having the same problem, I read that it needs the bios to be specific for my device and to has the service tag inside of it to work, I hope someone can help to flash the right bios

Hi guys. i need help with a dell xps 13 9635 BIOS. . The customer said it went off while updating bios. so i guess it is the BIOS Region that is bad. not the ME Region, Because I have tried cleaning the ME region but its not coming on still.
