I have a problem with my DELL OPTIPLEX 3080 MICRO. It has a BIOS admin password and i cant install OS because of this issue. I have the original bios bin. Hope you guys can help me.

Hello people,
Our service bay had what appears to be a stereo amplifier that went on the fritz and fried two Dell Optiplex 3080's that were plugged into the same UPS. I never seen such a situation.
Anyways the computers do not power on. A replacement power supply didnt resolve the issue when this occurred a few years ago. I want to try to revive one now.
I plugged the faulty computer into a 40w and 60w dim bulb, which flashed several times before it stopped without any power button interaction. The green LED lite on the PS then went dark afterwards. The PS... -

May I ask how you modified my bios dump?
Did you modify the bios dump manually with a hex editor or did you also use special tools such as an 8FC8 patcher or similar?
I'm asking because I initially thought I could use the 8FC8 patcher, but then read that it can't be used to remove Absolute/Computrace....Leave a comment:

This is the first time I write on this forum because this time, I really need help. I got a DELL OptiPlex 3080 Micro but when I wanted to access the bios to install Debian 12, I realized that it was secured with a password. I tried everything I could. I used the passwords generated using the suffix code but it didn't work. I then purchased the EZP2023+ programmer and unsoldered the BIOS chip from the motherboard. I read it and then got a bin file.
