I've got a little "problem child": my [B]Dell Latitude 7420 2-in-1[/B], which had a faulty mainboard.
I replaced it, but ever since, the touchscreen no longer works — and honestly, I’m running out of ideas…

In Windows Device Manager, I just see an I2C HID Device with error code 10. Sporadically, the touchscreen is recognized correctly for just a few seconds, but I haven’t been able to determine under which circumstances this happens.

I finally got managed to desolder my BIOS-Chip and create a dump.

My Latitude 7420 won't post, but keyboard-backlight and fans are on.

Can you please have a look at it and maybe fix it?...

Need help for this bios file. With this original bin it takes many attempts to switch it on before it will display and you can use the laptop normally. with post #32 i tried that, easily switched on but no display and will turned off after about 1 minute.
may i request for the repair of this bin?

Please, help me with the above laptop's BIOS unlock. the board number is LA-K371P.

I've tried other firmware dump on it but it displays red, green, white colors at random. I tried the dump that was made from the laptop, but same solid colors appeared.
