Dell Latitude 7410 no power on. After flash another working bios, the computer power on, but after press ALT+F it is power off and no power on again.

I received a bios locked 7410 with 25Q256JVEQ ,i dump the bios, unlocked it and flash it back, since then the laptop has no life signs at all except amber led on for as long the power button is pressed, nothing else.
Fact #1 i was unaware that 25Q256JVEQ is 3.3v and i used a 5v CH341A to program it, not sure if the chip got damaged but since then i can read it and write it normally, doesn't seem dead.
Fact #2 i modded the CH341A to 3.3v, same results with programming though, nothing changed.
Fact #3 i tried hard reset with cmos/main battery disconnected and power...

I have a Dell Latitude 7410 with an Intel i7 10th Gen CPU. The USB Type-C port is not working, and since it's the only charging port on the device, I'm unable to charge the laptop.

I inspected the motherboard and found that the IC labeled [B]TPS65988[/B] had a short circuit. I ordered a replacement IC from Alibaba and replaced it. The short issue is now resolved, but the laptop still doesn't charge, and the Type-C port remains non-functional.

After doing some research, I found out that the [B]TPS65988 needs to be programmed[/B] after replacement in order to function properly....

I have a Dell Latitude 7410 with a corrupted BIOS (I assume).

Motherboard: LA-J261P Rev 1.0

BIOS Chip I'm working with is a GD25Q20CT

Attached is the bad bin.

I've tried writing other binaries to the new chips I have, but the files have all been the wrong size.

I need a good bin for that chip so I can get the laptop working again. Would love it to have no BIOS password.

I'm new to BIOS stuff, so I don't know much and might be off in my understanding of things. Any help...
