Hi to all the repair wizards out there... Got an interesting one, well to me anyway... Dell Inspiron 3552. TN 9GBYXN2. This is the most intermittent I have ever seen. Starts up from cold...Shuts down almost immediately. Leave it a few days...Same thing... Next time I try it will operate perfectly for hours... no issues...Even got a full Windows install out of it... I have tried with battery, without battery...Battery only , AC only...Multiple chargers...swapped RAM, Screen...managed to update the bios ( 4.4.0) via Windows even when it was in a "good state of mind"...the variations are...

I have a dell inspiron 3552 MB: 14279-1 PWB: 896X3 REV: A00; it is stuck on the message: "Manufacturing Mode press Fn-X (level 01), Press Fn-X to return the system to normal running mode" and 7 beeps, I tried everything flash bios, keyboard combinations, test all tensions (everything is good) but without results
can someone help me

Hi, i have a Dell Inspiron 3552 which when starts makes 5 sound beeps. I saw that the reason makes 5 beeps is CMOS battery. I changed the battery but the laptop other times no power on, no display. Other times starts normally. When i unplug the battery all fine except the 5 beeps (even if login to windows). is there any way to disable the beeps sound??

i already tried bios update with same results.

I'm attaching the schematic. Go through the audio section. Pin29 is correct to cut and there will be audio on speakers after that. I personally tested it on this mb as i had one in stock with me. Was there audio on speakers before?? Did you bridged the pin 10??...

Cut track of Pin29 and there will be no more beeps. 100% sure....
