Hello Sir,
I have a ns 46e570a11 that has a blue led once the power button is pushed. no dispaly. the led flashes three times and as i said no display. curious as to the voltage to to back.light. 3.3v is what im getting.

Hello tom66. Real quick, I bought this 50 inch insignia and in troubleshooting it I realized that once the main board is connected to the power supply, the power supply shorts out. I'm not sure what causes this. Any suggestions. -
