Hello,

I have an Apex 32" Led with some odd screen discoloration. It's cloudy in a way and darkens the screen in the affected area. The darker areas also are prone to ghosting. Any help on a fix or where to start? Thank you very much in advance.

Found this puppy in a place I'm moving into and was left by a previous occupant. I'm hoping to get lucky....

I didn't see a trading or selling thread around here. Either way I bet I can get some cash for my parts online. Maybe even in town. Im gonna call up some repair shops they might like some cheaper parts.

Not replaceable? So unable to be repaired in anyway I assume. Well damn. Thanks for the heads up on the problem. Now I can look forward to a new TV purchase.

I could still sell the circuit boards and other stuff right? Its just the screen that is done for? Sorry I am way noob about this stuff.

Hello All!

I'm currently having some difficulties with my LG 42LV4400. It started the other day after I left the room and left my TV and Ps3 (connected via HDMI) on while doing some stuff. I had a pretty long session of Need for Speed going on. Went back in later and the colors were kinda weird (inverted looking almost?!) then the bar on the left showed up. The TV looked kinda washed out with a smokey grey then I turned it off for a while and the smokey grey left but a black bar appeared in the middle. I took some advice and cleaned the ribbon cable connectors and nothing happened....

Hello im new here with some tv troubles. Luckily I do have some (very little) technical knowledge involved in electronic repair. I once soldered a car remote and created a makeshift atari 2600 power cord with parts. So ya! Hopefully I get my tv fixed and expand my electronic repair horizons.

If its broken might as well try to fix it... that's my motto!
