Thank you for your assistance, I have replaced the SC board and my TV is up and working, however I now had some static in my picture as well as a faint 2 inch horizontal bar which flickers across the middle of the screen.
I purchased the board used, does this sound like an issue with the board, or an installation issue that I created?

To check my SU/SD boards I followed these steps:
disconnect 3 white connectors,
remove 4 SU/SD gnd screws,
jumper sc50,
power on
At power on I had the 4 blink code again. Does this mean the only issue is the SC board or do I have issues with the SU/SD or both the SC and SU/SD?

I had a 10 blink code on the TV and replace the P-board which gave me a 4 blink code. I disconnected the SC board and had a 7 blink code then reconnected the SC and disconnected the SS and had 4 blinks.
Does this mean my SC board is bad and I should replace it and the SU/SD?
Did I need to replace the P board or is my original board okay?
