standby indicator blink when psu connected not when i remove psu, when i remove the psu cable from main board i get back lights...

will not turn on, no standby light but when i remove the psu cable from main board i get back lights and when press remote power on, standby led flash once

i have chassis JAZZ_L_BUILT-IN BN-41-02528a with same symptom if possible tell way can edit or edit the dump that i attached from chassis W25Q40CL if any information need please inform me
