Eeeeesh, I was afraid of that, so in other words time for a new board? lol
Real talk though, is it something worth tracing down? Even if I did, replacing something like a microcontroller is beyond me. I mean I can solder, but I dont have the equiptment for anything like that....

That is a good idea, thank you. Now are you talking about the i/o of the power or the main board, or both? I will try and find Mfg diagrams, if anyone could save me some time and knows where to find them or can post a link, it would be much appriciated.
I didn't have a chance to check that before it went into stand by mode for the last time and could not get it to come back on.

Hello all!! My name is Jake and I am new to badcaps.
First and foremost, this forum is a god sent!!! A big thanks to all members for the valuable info you have posted here. I didn't know were to begin till I found this site.
