Hey guys!

I am new to Badcaps and was brought here because of a TV issue. My gf's parents just bought a new TV because their old one screwed up. When they called the tech, he said it was "unfixable". Seeing an opportunity I did a bit of research and discovered that may not be the case.

From what I have found, I think it may be a tab bond failure. People seem to have had moderate success in fixing this and I thought I might give it a go. I wanted to get your opinions on whether or not it is a tab bond failure, and if it is worth it to try and fix. I have...
