Bud, is a cap meter something different from a multi-meter? If it is I will have to pick one up.

And I am not sure about the 24V. Where would I test that at?

What is the procedure for testing the CM802?

Do I need to put the boards back together and turn the monitor on to test the voltage?

I am having the same issues. Monitor worked great then just abruptly died. I checked the resistors and they were bad. Just replaced them and the monitor still will not work. I get the faint blue light on the power button and nothing else.

I tried the test on the inverter fuse mentioned ( the little white rectangle next to the plug on the inverter board) and did not get any reading at all. Multimeter read 00.0 I am not an electrical genius so I may not have set up the meter properly. Not sure.
