KZG... are they decent caps then?
the one i checked with the white residue shows no sign of venting, but can the electrolyte leak from around the edge of the round vent part on the top of the cap?

hmm...
one of those KZG's... just found white residue on the top - dried up stuff... no bulging so it could have leaked without venting? would the leakage leave white residue? all the other badcaps ive seen have left brown residueLeave a comment:

M ones are nice i have XP-M 2600+ in my DFI board - i tried it in an XFX board and it didnt recognise it was an XP-M and locked the multiplier to 6...
mine has I stepping (A is also good on these) they can get upto 100degrees C too without cooking - where as the desktop family will cook at 85degrees C...Leave a comment:

this week ive found a PSU and a mobo with bad caps...
now i have a spare mobo and PSU to recap - it wont hurt if i kill these
