Hello to all of the forums! I Have this LCD LG32LH3000 present this fault, pressing the power button on the TV, turn on, the Blacklights are on but the screen remains dark, and it is a blank horizontal lines, then vertical lines moving plane from right to left across the screen. Could you kindly tell me if 'the defect it is the panel, or the T-Con Board or the Main Board?I can enclouse Photo.
