It looks like after all it is ADM213.
Placement of caps checks out according to datasheet.

My problem is, there is few and they all unfortunately

There is a choice, from the top of my head - LP133WX3 TLA5, LP133WX3 TLA6, LP133WX2 TLG2, B133EW04 V.4, B133EW07 V.2...
