I am having similar problems with Sony Bravia KDL-52W5100. When I turn the TV on, the screen appears as shown in Photo 1. after sometime, it changes to Photo 2 and then to Photo 3. there is no sound. when I played with the buttons, at one point the Photo 4 showed up..any suggestions what could be the solution to this problem....thank you...
