I got PANASONIC model TH42PX25 unit that was fixed analog video problem a few years ago, now it has 11 blinks of death, I found the inductor LC4330 shorted to the ground, it's located by the black connector DG23 on the DG board, I removed it and replaced with bypass wire, the set works fine now.
