Identification help

Hi

I've got an brushless esc (speed controller) that was plugged in with reverse polarity. Upon inspection I found a couple of chips that look toast.

Can anyone help me identify them, looks like the markings say AL P11 but I can't find anything (see attachments).

I also noticed some solder balls around the mosfets, what is that?...
