Hi Guys, I have been following this thread for a while, have come to the same conclusions about these IGBT's. 30F131 After a few failed repairs I realized some of these parts are suspect. I even received a dodgey pack of RJP30H2A. Anyway my point being that there is a great wee tester available that can test these IGBTs out of circuit before you use them. If, like me, you are repairing SC boards from Panasonic plasma TV's this device is invaluable. If you want to test these parts without this device, you can use a capacitance meter. If you...
