Re: Need information about CCFL's
Any suggestions on this? I don't mind to buy a new inverter board if it will fix it. I was just hoping someone could give me come kind of confirmation that it would.

Re: Need information about CCFL's
The side that is not working is the Master side. Here is a picture of what it's doing. Again, it only does this for a few seconds and then goes out completely.

Re: Need information about CCFL's
Bear with me cause I have little idea what I'm doing. By right side I'm looking at it from the front of the TV. Not sure if that's the slave one or not. Everything seems to be seated firmly. I also swapped out the long board that the bulbs actually plug (just because I had one) and nothing changed. I don't have another inverter board that I am confident is good or I'd try swapping it as well

Re: Need information about CCFL's
I know this is an old thread but I thought maybe I should just piggyback on it instead of starting a new one?
I'm having this same issue with the same model TV. I replaced all the bad CCFL's but now it will come on and light up only on the left side before going back off again a few seconds later. Is this still a bulb issue or could it be the inverter board on the right side?
