Hi,

I'm new to the forum and not an electronics tech or engineer. My Vizio 55" LCD TV recently developed an intermittent problem. Occasionally when I shut it off the Vizio logo below the panel will go from lit white to black. It normally goes from lit white to lit amber (or yellow or orange - I'm color blind). When it goes to black the TV will not power back on either with the remote or the jog wheel. If I unplug the set and leave it unplugged for awhile (the shortest period I've tried is one hour) and then plug it back in it will go into what I assume to be a re-boot as the...

Hi,

I'm not an electronics guy, but do understand the basic stuff. I've got an intermittent problem with a vizio tv which I will post and ask for troubleshooting advice as what I got from Vizio and then from their tech company, "HD Repair", doesn't make sense to me.
