I excellent Anti Virus Program that I have been running on multiple computers for years is AntiVir. You can download the free version off AntiVirs Website. Frequent Updates, Fast Scanning and good detection.

This reminds me of the time I was building my PC last year. The sales person at Tiger Direct kept forcing it on me to buy the on sale watercooling DYI kit. I just kept telling him
