I Picked Up A TV Off A Friend And He Was Throwing It Away Because It Was Not Working. I Took It Hoping I Could Fix It Because One Of My Family Members Stole My New Led Smart TV And Sold It And I Have Lost My Job And Have No Income At The Moment. I Could Really Use The Help To Fix This. At First I Couldn't Get The TV To Turn On. I Find A Couple Of Capacitors That Looked Bad And Changed Them But I Don't Think That Was The Issue. When I Would Plug The TV In I Couldn't Hear Any Relays Click Or Anything. It Did Nothing But Blink...
