Ok well that test didn't goto plan as none of the pins have any ID there.was a spark a pop and now a green and red flashing light hope its just a fuse on the PSU but no sign of burn on them

Yes i did change them a small amount but nothing changed. When i am reading the Vs does it matter what pin i put the reader in or can it be any? Also how do i read the Va? sorry with all the questions but i am not an expert at Tv Boards.

Well have 2 XSUS boards now as I ordered one up and both give the same image. Of course I can't say the same for the scan board as one doesn't display a picture. Is the z-sustain same as XSUS?

Tom attached is the display before i do anything. Im thinking it isnt Sparkles after all and more of a YSUS failure....

Thanks for getting back tom, well i got the board from Bullock Bros online so i assumed they tested it before shipping. Tom when you say timing adjustments would they be named VR1 VR2 VR ERASE 101 on the YSUS board?

Ill post pics when i get home later but i have a 42VM3G Plasma with heavy green sparklies all over the screen. When i got this plasma it had this fault and i replaced the Scan Board P/N 942-200432, and it was fixed. after 6 months it went POP and had no display but sound! 1.5 years later i get round to looking at it. took a shot at it was a dodgy part i got and order another one up along with the XSUS Board 942-200433. And well after putting it all back in i have the green sparklies im assuming the XSUS Board is not faulty as either give me the same result. But the...
