Re: VX2255wm won't turn on
Leaving default caps can damage my screen ? or it is just to avoid having issues in the future with the others ?
I have ordered all capacitors but I changed only one because I'm not a very good welder i don't want to damage a working screen

VX2255wm won't turn on
Hello,
I have a problems with my Viewsonic VX2255wm monitor.
Few days ago the monitor started to have a problem, the monitor was working fine but each time my computer was stopped/started the led of the monitor was blue and the screen was black, and when I tried to push the power button of the screen it seems to be frozen, Blue led and black screen. So I decided to remove the power cable and to plug it again and it worked.
And I did it everyday.
But today the monitor (with blue led and blackscreen) when I unplug/plug the power the blue light goes on...Last edited by SebHeuze; 02-17-2015, 12:12 PM.
