I would if I were able to solder. The new board was really cheap, but this did not fix the problem....

I have a Samsung 23" LCD TV, model number LNS2352W. When I press the power button, nothing happens and the standby light stays on. If I press it again, sometimes the standby light will go off. I opened the back and found that one of the capacitors on the power supply board was bulging and burnt. I found a replacement board online and put it in, but still have the same results. Does anyone know if there is a main fuse on the model TV that can be replaced? Or what other component could be the cause of no power?

Hello everyone! I am very happy to be a part of this site. I am a novice in electronics and hope to gain more knowledge about electronics and how to repair them. I hate to see a TV or a computer thrown out without exhausting all possible resolutions.
