My Name is Jojo M. an electronic enthusiast. I graduated with a degree in Electronic and Communication in Engineering (E.C.E.) in the Philippines. I have various types of certification in Electronics and Computer (Hardware and Software) and as a hobby "Electronic Technology" is one of them. The one with "8E" is not compatible with the burned IC parts. Because the "8E" has 12 pins each side, while the burned IC has 14 pins each side. I have the same problem, identical with the model and burned IC. But mine shows the 3rd number which is "7". So it will be MPS337x "where X irepresents "8" or other number or maybe none....
