Re: How do you troubleshoot this board? samsung hps4253 BN94-01081A
when I jump to ground PSON Relay Clicks on and stays on and voltages are there, then when I jump VSON to STBY 5v Vs are there.
How do I test regulators? or is there a post somewhere on how to properly test them... I have a Scope if that is easier. Thanks once again Tom

Connected with resistor powered on like you said and I connected the resistor to the high-voltage They check out. Can these boards be fixed? I would love to if it is doablealso will be uploading video cause it turns on intermittently watch and see If it helps. I'll post it in a bit

Re: How do you troubleshoot this board? samsung hps4253 BN94-01081A
From PSU
VA's 65v
VS's 200v
Stnby 5v
VT 33v
From Main Board
CN101 pin 6 fluctuating it should be 18v
CN102 Normal
so is this PSU problem or Main Board problem? is there a way to turn on PSU then check Voltages?
Thanks Tom

Re: Blowing Fuses on this...
How do I check if Power board is culprit? how do i trace it down? cause if it is blowing fuses on Y-sus doesn't that mean it is putting out to much from Power board?
Fuse that keeps blowing in attached picture...Last edited by NicoNico; 09-16-2013, 03:55 PM.

Re: Vizio VU37L HDTV10A Blinking really fast Orange Light
changed fuse problem still there... Checked voltages on power supply and it is putting out 2.5 where it should be 5vsb no 24v or 12v... hunted for bad caps and didn't find any that were obvious... then found a burnt resistor and diode that has continuity both directions but the resistor is burnt how do i find out what it is? is there a way?
Thanks for all the help so far... you guys are really greatIf you want more info just let me know...

I have the service manual from this site so.
