I have a 7-8 yrs. old Dell 2405fpw monitor and also had problem with the power supply board. So far I changed the following components, but when put it back and tried to switch it on, nothing happens:

    C605 / 450TXW100MEFC18X35 CAPACITOR, RADIAL, (450V, 100UF, since I couldn't get a 120 uF at the moment)
    Q651 / STP10NK60ZFP MOSFET, N, TO-220FP
    IC651 / L6561D PFC 90UA START + DISABLE, SMD, 6561
    R670 / PNP1WVJT-52-0R22 RESISTOR, 1W, 5%, 0R22
    F601 / 0001.2510 FUSE, ANTISURGE, CERAMIC, 4A
    C622 / EEUFC2A1R0...
