HP 19" monitor LCD L1925 power problem

I have a HP 19" monitor LCD L1925. It won't power on. after opened it I see there is a problem with the power module. one of the microship exploded as you can see on pictures (red circle). I can't fix it if I don't know the microship references because it exploded and I can't find the service manual of the device.

Please I need your help !
