Helping a friend with is 32" LCD that seems to be study in standby. Read a lot of posts but just can't seem to nail it down.

I do know one of the small fuses on the main board is blown, but to be honest I think that was due to tinkering on our part. I had read a small voltage across that fuse before but later on when the alligator clips slipped and sparked it no longer read any voltage.

I know that I have 5v at the pins labeled "5v" on the power board... but that's about all we have so far. We've got alligator clips running across that burnt fuse...
