Thank you for your reply. I am fairly new electronics... So the MF72-47D13 is the one i found and i see by the link you provided that is higher resistance. I will go and purchase the correct one. I have been spending hours on the web watching clips to see how to test out components, and have learned a great deal so far. I am going to test out all the components that i know how to test and see if anything stands out. Ceramic cap blown to pieces
Greetings. This is my first post so i hope im posting in the correct place. I have a TV Telefunken model no: TLED-26FHDP. Tv smoked so i opened it up and found a spot on the power board right next to the 220v in that was black and two legs left behind. After searching the interwebs i found a pic of the same board.
After looking at the pic i saw that it was a ceramic cap that blew to pieces.
The ceramic cap in question is the black mf72 bottom left. In the pic its MF72 and under 509. I found a slightly bigger one that is MF72 and under 4.7D13. Will this one i found work? And then...
