Re: 715g6338+psu.
Nope still no 36/24.
Doesn't matter if ii pluck in the main board or not, its the same.
So you don't need the cable circled in red too ya?...

Re: 715g6338+psu.
R9107 2.5ohm
R9815 2.5 ohm
C9812 is now 400v
Yeap I have 15V across ZD9330 when I use the remote...Last edited by steinless; 04-07-2020, 05:35 AM.

Re: 715g6338+psu.
I need to clarify. When you mean mainboard you mean the second pic which connects to the screen and stuff ya.
And when you mean bring it out of standby I connect the ancillary items from the cable in the first pic ya? And I turn on the remote yes?
When tested with no connection, I get .05v
When tested with the ancillary connection similar. Sometimes it goes to .07.
When I turn on the remote it goes to 15v....

Re: 715g6338+psu.
I assume this is correct? Don't mind the lousy soldering...
If it's correct I get a 1 v spike that subsides on the 36 24v sides...

Re: 715g6338+psu.
I probably need to get some parts... What do you reckon I might need to test and stuff say 5 ten steps down... If it takes so long... I can get them all first...
Thanks!...

Re: 715g6338+psu.
Do you reckon there might be an easier way? I looked at c9105 it looked OK. Not bloated or anything.
Then I don't have a 1k resistor sitting around. Was thinking to Short the 12v with PS_ON but couldn't get it to work. Too....Last edited by steinless; 04-06-2020, 06:24 AM.

Re: 715g6338+psu.
Hmm I couldn't get a reading. I assume you mean I have to assemble it back with the cables, then turn it on. The cables are too short for me to safely test it.
But I think it's about .5 standby 0.3 turned on with some beeping sound.
There are times when I short out some pins(not sure which) and I can see the backlight flip on monetarily.
I tried testing the on side row I get some sparks. I thought I better stop first...

Re: 715g6338+psu.
I tested the middle parts on the flipped portion where they have the 36 24v all that stuff, don't get readings

Re: 715g6338+psu.
I get the 12v side on the 9301. But how should I test 9101?I get weird readings and when I flip it over it looks like the ground is not all linked....

Re: 715g6338+psu.
If you look at the t9101 it looks like there's some oil leaking out.

Re: 715g6338+psu.
On the cn9301 generally 300ish on input side except for 1_2. 5_3,4
The output side has no output. Sometimes when I try Ac it jumps to 5vac. But generally it's like 0. I was thinking if this one is turned on by the opamps?

Re: 715g6338+psu.
I don't need to de solder the legs yea? It was 300 ish. I tested on c9815. On t9301 there is still 300ish on leg 1 and 5. Couldn't get a reading on t9101 though.

Can't turn on, it just has a soft beeping sound when I try to turn it on.

715g6338+psu.
Have a Phillips TV. Schematic and picture shown above.
I managed to diagnose the hot side 300v DC seems fine.
Can't tell what's damaged.
I suspect it's t9101 or t9301.
Kind of rusty with all these any pro help would be appreciated!
Many thanks!...

Re: IC Number on DPS-286 AP/RDENCA336WJQZ Sharp power board
IT...LIT UP..... THANKS BUDM!!!!
Have found these specifications for the zener though. will a general 15 V zener diode do?
Can i do without the zener? if it can light up, i suppose it is more for circuit protection and at most it will fry the opto or 264 should another surge occur?
THANKS!!!!!!...

Re: IC Number on DPS-286 AP/RDENCA336WJQZ Sharp power board
Yups they are not installed from factory.
It seems to be coming from the zener. It works but the low resistance is from there. what specifications do you recommend? the data sheet only sorts of write a TL431. a normal 1N4728 will do?...Last edited by steinless; 09-30-2014, 06:31 PM.
