Sorry, as I said, I don't really know my way around a circuit board.
Cap was checked with a digital multi-meter. No ESR check, forgot to check resistance on it (doh!)
Ac coming in - yes
Voltages at cn2- yes, all metered at ~5.2v DC
long skinny caps showed 77-80v, smaller caps near cn2 showed ~5v

I-INC iL 272 - No power
I came back to my desk and my right monitor was off. No power light, or anything.
I had a friend who knows his way around a soldering iron come by to take a look this evening, and poke around with a multimeter.
We believe (well, he believes, I have no basis to go on) that it may be the cap in the upper right (100v 47 uF) that is the culprit as it gives no reading.
I could find no threads on this monitor, so I am kind of at a loss....
