It's adjusted to play all regions.
I've had it from new, and I haven't used it a lot, but now it freezes sometimes when playing a DVD. I had a look inside, and it looks beyond my capabilities. Free to a good home BR6 area.

Panasonic - tab bonds problem - free to good home
I have a Panasonic TX-26LXD80, which has been diagnosed in this forum as having the tab bonds problem. A shame, because it's an excellent TV, otherwise.
Fixing it is beyond my skills, and probably not worth paying someone to do it, so if you want to collect it, it's yours. BR6 area.

I'm not a tech, but I was able to fix my 8 year old TFT monitor by replacing 4 caps last year, and it would be great if I could do the same for the TV. It's a shame the symptoms are different...
