Hi guys! My name is Sam. I've been lurking here on badcaps for a while now finally couldn't find an answer to a question I've been having.

First of all, my experience level is fairly low. I've been building my own PC's for about 10 years, and recently started to repair capacitors on power supply's of LCD's I own/pickup as a way to learn more about TV and LCD repair.

Had any luck with replacing the PC board? I also have an E470VA that has had the exact same symptoms as Blackrifle's. Just wondering if it worked out.
