My Hisense Ltdn46v86us flashes 3 times on start up. The tv goes ahead and turns on and seems to work normal. This is after replacing a bad main board. Is this anything to worry about? Or should I just ignor it?

I went ahead and bought another main board off ebay. Hopefully that will remedy the problem. I'll say what happens when it comes in next week.

Then there was another plug that had 2 grounds and 2 14V pluggs and they had 16 volts...

After looking around for a while I've found that a bad EEPROM seems to cause the same symptoms I am having. Would this be a possibility? If so is it easily changed or would it require another motherboard?

I included the IR and control button boards, and i couldn't see how to get the board that seems to control the LCD display out of it's metal case....

And there doesn't appear to be any hot or burnt spots on any of the boards or components.

I have a 46" Hisense LTDN46V86US that seems to have power, but will not turn on out of standby. I have checked the power supply and the fuse is good, the voltages are correct on all the connectors and the capacitors are not burnt or deformed. The motherboard, IR board, the board for the control buttons, the speakers, and the other two boards for the screen have power. I have exhausted my electronic knowledge and need help. If i were to guess i would think it's the motherboard because it is hard to believe both the buttons and the IR quit working and the power supply is putting out correct...
