I had one just like this. Actually is a LN46C530, but figure they're not too different in design. Was looking at getting a new TV, but figured there's nothing to lose at this point. The TV part worked as I could see snow on the screen if lit up with a flash light, but the backlight was dark. No voltage (AC) from the inverter output which is actually 2 parallel connected wires to the bulb driver board worked against ground. Got a ~140v AC off the switching transistors, but 0 out of the driver transformers. Turns out there's a cap that is in series...
